Great Portland Estate and Liberty have are to jointly develop and manage a portfolio of central London properties. The Observer
The pair are pooling several mainly West End properties. Great Portland will asset manage the portfolio, for which it will receive fees and benefit from any uplift in the value of Liberty’s properties.
Liberty will receive £70m in cash because it is pooling fewer properties than Great Portland.
