Grosvenor achieves 7.5% return for 2003

The performance, driven by a revaluation surplus of £49m from its £3.3bn of directly owned property, was 40% better than that in 2002. Pretax profits soared 51% to £91.7m thanks to £40.3m of profits from sales, of which half were residential properties.
