Grosvenor’s Edinburgh brew

Springside, a joint venture between Grosvenor, Allan Murray Architects and the Royal Bank of Scotland, has submitted a planning application for a 9 acre mixed-use scheme at the former Scottish & Newcastle brewery on Edinburgh’s waterfront.
