GVA wins Brighton & Hove Council mandate

Brighton & Hove City Council has become the latest local authority to increase focus on its property portfolio with the appointment of GVA to provide strategic estate management.

The council’s property portfolio currently comprises more than 650 assets and an annual rent roll of £7.85m with GVA appointed to target “development of the urban estate” alongside day-to-day management for commercial assets.
