Warehouse REIT, the AIM-listed specialist warehouse investor, has confirmed it is in negotiations with Hansteen over the acquisition of a £460m industrial portfolio.
Hansteen is disposing of the assets, which are valued at an estimated £460m, that previously made up the Ashtenne Industrial Fund. The proposed deal, which Warehouse REIT is considering in partnership with a third party, would double the REIT’s portfolio.
