Hansteen considers disposing of £100m portfolio

Almere dukalf shed hansteen

Hansteen is mulling the sale of a portfolio worth around £100m, weeks after a deal to sell the majority of its assets to Warehouse REIT fell out of bed.

The listed industrial investor has appointed Knight Frank to market a portfolio of properties made up of assets that sit outside of the original Ashtenne Industrial Fund, which Hansteen took full control of in 2016.

The size of the portfolio has yet to be confirmed but it is expected to be around the £100m mark and to launch in two weeks’ time.
