Henderson Global Investors has submitted a planning application for a 24-storey building in the City of London.The proposed 214,320 sq ft (19,910 sq m) tower is earmarked for 12-20 Camomile Street, EC3 – a site owned by Henderson’s new Central London Office Fund.
