H.I.G. hires new head of real estate debt

Tareck Safi

Tareck Safi has joined asset management firm H.I.G. Realty Partner’s London office as managing director and head of real estate debt in Europe.

Prior to H.I.G., Tareck was head of commercial real estate debt investments for EMEA at PIMCO where he focused on private transactions. He previously held senior positions at Societe Generale and RBS.
