Highcross makes new start at Genesis

Property fund manager Highcross has bought the 95,000 sq ft, three-storey Genesis Centre at Warrington’s Birchwood Business Park from Development Securities for £10m. It is 75% let to tenants including software manufacturer Invensys, Merseyside Police and sports retailer Puma.
