Damien Hirst HQ

Artist Damien Hirst’s production company Science (UK) has acquired Enstar Capital and LandCap’s Beak Street building for £40m to create a new London flagship studio and art complex.

The Soho building at 40 Beak Street comprises 27,742 sq ft including accommodation spread over basement, ground and five upper floors, and a 5,500 sqft restaurant let to ’Sticks n Sushi’.

It will serve as Hirst’s new flagship studio and host his collection of animal-focused art in the capital. The building is currently undergoing a major fit-out in anticipation of opening in Q1 2019.
