The Notting Hill Housing Trust has signed one of the biggest lettings in Hammersmith, west London.
It has taken 64,400 sq ft (5,982 sq m) at Capital & Counties’ 105,000 sq ft (9,754 sq m) refurbished Metro Building, as tipped by Property Week (news, 09.03.07).
Notting Hill Housing Trust has taken a 10-year lease with an option to break after the fifth year at £35/sq ft (£376.74/sq m).
It has taken the space while its headquarters building at Grove House on Hammersmith Grove is refurbished.
