A shortlist of four developers for Hull’s Fruit Market site has been unveiled today.
The four development consortiums are: CTP St James with the East Yorkshire based house builder Wright Group; Gladedale’s mixed use developer Reland; the Igloo Regeneration Fund; and Ispace with Quintain and Hull based developer Wykeland Group.
Waterfront
Regeneration company Hull Citybuild has shorltisted the four to develop a waterfront scheme adjacent to Hull’s marina.
The scheme will include 300 homes, 18,000 sq ft of office and 42,400 sq ft of shops, restaurants, bars and galleries.
The preferred development partner will be announced in January 2008 with work likely to start on site in 2009.
