IM Properties will advance 120 acres (48.5 ha) for rail freight-related transport at its Birch Coppice site near junction 10 of the M42, following the construction of the Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal. The 35 acre (14 ha) facility is due to be completed in August for Roadways Container Logistics.
