ING’s Egham sale at 8.69%

ING Real Estate Investment Management, on behalf of the ING UK Income Property Fund, has sold the 39,309 sq ft office Assurance House on Vicarage Road in Egham, for £12.83m — an initial yield of 8.69% — to Threadneedle Property Investments
