IPD co-founder Cullen retires from MSCI

MSCI real estate advisory director and IPD co-founder Ian Cullen has announced he will retire from the company in December.

Cullen co-founded IPD in 1985 alongside Rupert Nabarro, who retired in 2016, and expanded its operations to cover fund level indexes including the world’s first pan-European and global property indexes ahead of its £80m acquisition by MSCI in 2012.
