Irish Life buys Uxbridge park sites

Denham Park Group has sold two buildings on Uxbridge Business Park to Irish Life for £23.5m. The two 33,350 sq ft (3,112 sq m) buildings are let to Xerox and produce £1.67m in rent a year. Denham bought the park from MEPC for £75m in April. Allard Ryan Consulting advised ...
