British clothing brand Jack Wills has leased a new 390,000 sq ft warehouse at Clearbell Capital’s Parkway Works in Sheffield.
It has signed a new 10-year lease with a break option in year six on the building, which it will use as its global distribution centre.
The retailer will pay an annual rent of £750,000, equating to £3.25/sq ft, excluding mezzanine levels.
