The third of Property Week’s free wellbeing workshops, taking place at 1pm today, will teach you positive coping strategies to deal with anxiety.
The Covid-19 outbreak has seen a surge in people feeling anxious.
Today’s workshop, run in association with Moda and its wellbeing partner hero, will look at what it is that triggers our anxious thoughts and feelings.
The qualified wellbeing coach will then help attendees come up with positive coping strategies to deal with anxiety that work for them.
Attendees are welcome to ask any questions they might have about anxiety after the presentation.
