Kenmore Property Group has teamed up with property investor Revcap and data centre company Ark Continuity to develop a large business and data centre park in Wiltshire.

Kenmore has taken a 25% stake in the 650,000 sq ft project, to include data centre space, just off the A4 in Corsham. The partners announced today that they have submitted a planning application to North Wiltshire District Council for the scheme.

The scheme will sit opposite a £900m, council-backed PFI scheme on a Ministry of Defence owned site.

Daniel Williams, development director at Kenmore said: ‘This development marks our entrance into the data centre sector. The business park is close to Bath and Chippenham, and the excellent power and fibre connectivity infrastructure on site will ensure significant tenant demand for data centres.’

Revcap is led by former Lehman Brothers duo Andrew Pettit and Will Killick.
