Kennedy Wilson buys €87.5m Cork PRS-led development

Real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson has acquired residential-led development The Elysian in Cork, Ireland for €87.5m (£77m) from a Blackstone real estate fund.

The development is made up of 206 residential multifamily/PRS units, 67,600 sq ft of retail and office space and over 550 car parking spaces.
