A retail park in Kent has been bought by three executives at advertising agency M&C Saatchi for £10m.

David Kershaw, a chief executive at the company, chairman Jeremy Sinclair and Bill Muirhead, the agency’s executive director, bought the retail park in June 2018.

Located in Sevenoaks, the park houses retailers including Carpetright, Wickes and a Currys PC World.

The retail park was bought by 36 Golden Square, a vehicle controlled by the businessmen, who are all directors of the investment company.
