Kitewood Commercial has secured planning permission for the 5 acre (2.1 ha) Banbury Motor Park, next to junction 11 of the M40 and Hennef Way. The 57,000 sq ft (5,300 sq m) scheme comprises four units of 9,300-20,100 sq ft (863-1,865 sq m) and parking for 341 cars.
