Hughes joins from Crosslane Residential Living and will lead the group in the delivery of its residential developments and growing pipeline, as it aims to secure 5,000 beds by the end of 2023.

Kosy Living is set to deliver various developments across the UK, including Brighton’s first co-living urban village – with more than 400 studios across three adjacent sites – and Bath’s first purpose-built co-living scheme.

Paul Brundell, chief executive at Kosy Living, said: “We are delighted to have Mark on board at such an important time in this growth phase. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across the residential sectors and will be instrumental in the delivery of our schemes and growing our portfolio.”
