Kennedy Wilson has secured planning permission for 68,400 sq ft of new office space at Hanover Quay in Dublin in a joint venture with the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
The JV acquired Hanover Quay, which was previously a warehouse and stables, in July 2017. The development will see Kennedy Wilson transform obsolete properties into a modern large floor plate office buildings with water views over both Hanover Quay and Grand Canal Docks.
