L&G to fund development of luxury hotel in Cardiff

Legal & General has agreed to fund the restoration of the old Post Office building in Cardiff into a luxury hotel in partnership with Welsh Rugby Union and Rightacres Property.

The new hotel will be known as the Westgate Hotel and will have 165 bedrooms as well as two restaurants, a rooftop spa with outside Jacuzzi and a ballroom for 400 guests.
