Landsec has announced that it has let three new restaurants across 9,800 sq ft of space in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.
The additions to Gunwharf Quays are The Alchemist, Bill’s and Hubbox.
Hubbox will be located opposite the Spinnaker Tower and is set to open this month. The Alchemist is due to open in November and covers 4,100 sq ft of space including a terrace which can house 80 guests. Bill’s is expected to open in Spring 2020.
