Land Securities has appointed three joint lettings agents for its recently extended shopping centre in Livingston.
Cushman & Wakefield will join existing agents Culverwell and Montagu Evans to promote the retail element of the centre, which spans almost 1m sq ft with 155 stores.
Montagu Evans also remains the sole letting agent for the centre’s leisure element, while Shelley Sandzer will continue to look after lettings for the centre’s catering element on The Avenue.
Katherine Armstead, portfolio manager at Land Securities, said: ‘We are delighted to be working with a skilled group of letting agents who will play a key role in the continued success of the centre.’
Recent openings at the centre include Next, Warehouse, Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins and Burton.
