LaSalle secures Sevenoaks care home for £20m

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired a high-spec 75-bed care home near Sevenoaks in Kent.

The purpose-built freehold asset in Seal is fully let to Greensleeves Homes Trust, a not-for-profit care home operator, on a 35-year let. LaSalle acquired the home in an off-market transaction from Durtnell for £20m reflecting a 4% net initial yield.
