Leeds-based retail and leisure property firm Pudney Shuttleworth has appointed Richard Fisk, former head of investment at Jones Lang LaSalle in Leeds

Fisk, who was a director at JLL, will head up investment at Pudney Shuttleworth.

Michael Pudney said: ‘We have known and respected Richard for a number of years and as a business which prides itself on providing director level service to clients, he is the right person for the job. We believe we are close to seeing the return of healthy levels of activity in the property investment market and that the timing is right to get a senior individual on board.’

Richard Shuttleworth said: ‘Whilst we have undertaken investment work for our clients over recent years, our core business has always been acquisitions, disposals, development advice and professional work. Richard will now be the investment face of Pudney Shuttleworth.’

Richard Fisk said: ‘I am looking forward to the freedom of working within a niche practice – I have spent the last 23 years working within the corporate world and am excited at the prospect of being able to concentrate solely on winning business and serving clients.’
