Lend Lease has appointed Prupim’s Mark Boor to join as head of asset management.

Boor, who had responsibility for a £9.5bn retail asset portfolio at Prupim, previously worked at Drivers Jonas, Hammerson and the Portman Estate.

Boor will work on Lend Lease Retail UK's shopping centre portfolio as asset manager.

Lend Lease has also restructured its team and Russell Loveland will become senior asset manager for Bluewater, responsible for both leasing and value enhancement.

Guy Thomas is to become head of leasing across the remainder of its UK shopping centre portfolio and the Lend Lease Retail development programme.

Keith Redshaw, head of Lend Lease retail, said: ‘I am pleased to welcome on board Mark Boor as the new head of asset management for Lend Lease. With impressive asset management credentials and a wealth of property experience, Mark will be able to focus on our asset strategy, concentrating on driving performance and value across our shopping centre portfolio.

Russell and Guy’s combined experience will reinforce our asset management and leasing strategies, building on our strong relationships with retailers and improving our capability to lead the UK retail property market.’
