Legal & General has made three hires to expand its build-to-rent (BTR) team including the appointment of Grainger’s Nisha Kerai as senior asset manager.
Kerai, who will be tasked with growing L&G’s BTR platform having launched Grainger’s push into the sector, has been joined at the company by Berkeley St. Edward’s Alex Sangway and Upside London’s Andrew Esam.
