The 40 acre site in Brickett Wood comprises both greenfield and brownfield land, and has planning consent for the construction of 138 homes.

Commenting on the sale, Hugo Black of Europa Capital said: “Having secured planning permission for a significant number of new homes at Bricket Wood, which is in accordance with national policy of maximising development capacities on brownfield sites, we are pleased with this subsequent sale to a high quality developer who will deliver the vision.

”The asset was part of a strategic land platform, which has so far achieved residential consent for 3,863 units across the south of England, and is in turn helping toward alleviating the national housing shortage.”
