LXi nets £175m to comfortably beat fundraising target

LXi REIT has completed a £175m capital raising – well above the target fundraising size of £100m.

The long-income REIT raised the money through the issue of 155m new shares, priced at 112.75p, a small discount to the latest NAV of 113.2p.
