M J Mapp have been appointed by Chinese Developers ABP to manage the 35 acre Royal Albert Dock in east London.
The site is being redeveloped in several phases with the first phase of the £1.7bn project, including workspace, leisure and retail space alongside extended public realm, due for completion in the first quarter of 2019. M J Mapp will take control of the property management of the international business district being developed in east London.
