M7 Real Estate has launched a new fund targeting retail warehouse assets in the UK and seeded it with the acquisition of nine warehouses for £69.9m.
The M7 Real Estate Investment Partners VIII fund will focus on investing in first and second generation retail warehouse assets in the UK. Alongside the acquisition of a portfolio of seven assets from Cromwell Property Group, as tipped by Property Week in June, and two individual assets, M7 REIP VIII is also under offer to acquire a further asset for £7.6m.
