M7 sets industrial record rent with Parkfield letting

M7 Real Estate has completed the rebuild and letting of three units totalling 6,755 sq ft at Parkfield Industrial Estate, setting a new headline rent of £30/sq ft.

M7 claims the rent set for Sotheby’s to take space on the estate close to Clapham Junction railway station is the highest ever achieved for a standard open market industrial unit letting in the UK.
