M7 sets record rent at Glasgow industrial park

M7 Real Estate has completed six new lettings totalling 25,000 sq ft at Colvilles Park in East Kilbride, Glasgow, on behalf of an institutional investor.

The most recent letting has set a new record for multi-let industrial in East Kilbridge at £8/sq ft and together the lettings take the asset to 91% occupancy.
