Marks & Spencer and Ocado are set to sign a £900m deal giving M&S a food delivery service for the first time.
The two have been in talks for a month, according to reports, and are expected to announce the new joint venture in the coming days ahead of Ocado’s 1 March break clause in its agreement with Waitrose.
