Pub chain Marston’s is offering 47 lease opportunities for its pubs across the UK.
The company has asked London based consultancy Christie + Co to market the leases, the majority of which are offered on 10 to 20-year tied assignable leases.
Country-wide opportunities
The pubs are located in places such as Rotherham in the north, Poole in the south, Clwyd in the west and High Wycombe in the east.
Neil Morgan, head of pubs at Christie + Co, said he is confident the leases will appeal to both established pub operators and new lessees.
The Marston’s Pub Company is the largest producer of cask ale in the UK and its estate is made up of 1,700 public houses.
