Mayfair’s PITCH buys warehouse for £16.9m

Mayfair Capital’s The Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) has purchased The Big Berry, a 203,442 sq ft distribution warehouse, in Droitwich for £16.9m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.44%.

Let to Antolin Interiors UK until 2024 at a passing rent of £981,272 pa, the warehouse is located on the Berry Hill Industrial Estate in the West Midlands. The property has an unusually large yard with a maximum depth of 105 metres.
