DTZ’s finance director Tim Maynard is to leave the company.

Maynard, who joined the company in 2002, will remain until the end of the financial year. He will leave the company in the autumn. A search has begun for his replacement.

Maynard said: ‘After five years, I feel the time is coming for me to explore opportunities in other fields. I have greatly enjoyed being part of DTZ’s international expansion, which has been both exciting and rewarding.

‘During my time here, the company has continued to grow rapidly, becoming a leader in real estate services around the world, and I am proud to have been part of that progress.’

Mark Struckett, DTZ's chief executive, said: ‘We will be very sorry to see Tim leave, but respect his wish to explore new career opportunities. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with him for over five years and have benefited from his knowledge and expertise.’
