McGinnis Developments, part of Northern Irish construction company McGinnis Group, has unveiled plans for a £65m scheme at a gateway site into Bradford.
McGinnis will start on site at the Beehive Mill site, next to Bradford University in the city centre, by the autumn after it won approval for a 22-storey building last month.
The scheme will include 517 apartments and 30,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space. Brewster Bye, the Leeds-based architect, has designed The Beehive to include a tower and open public spaces.
The scheme is being launched under the McGinnis Urban brand and is part of a £100m development programme across Yorkshire.
