MEPC Granta Park has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as national agents to market the Cambridge science park along with local agent Jeffersons Commercial.

The science park is currently around 600,000 sq ft with 400,000 sq ft in the development pipeline, including the 68,000 sq ft speculative Riverside scheme, due for completion in December.

It is currently home to pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Gilead.

John Granger, managing director of MEPC Granta Park, said: ‘With current occupiers expanding, the Riverside Development on schedule for completion in December and planning consent for a further 330,000 sq ft on Granta Park Phase II, we need a top class agency team to work with us.’

Agents said that interest in the Riverside scheme was strong.
