Merry Hill sold for £29m

It has bought the property, which lies next to the shopping centre, from LaSalle Investment Management, which managed the property on behalf of Coal Pension Properties. Tenants on the 163,500 sq ft (15,143 sq m) park include Carpetright and Halfords. The deal reflects an initial yield of 5.5%.
