Legal & General has secured shirtmakers T M Lewin and jeweller Azendi at Midsummer Place, making it fully let.

The stores follow earlier lettings to Puma, Apple, Coast, Hobbs and an upsize of Hugo Boss.

T M Lewin has taken 1,730 sq ft on the ground floor and 630 sq ft on the first floor and Azendi has taken 1,298 sq ft on the ground floor.

Both retailers have taken 15 year leases.

The shopping centre has four anchors - John Lewis, House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer and Debenhams, as well as other brands including Topshop and H&M.

CBRE acted for T M Lewin and Dressler Smith acted for Azendi.

Rob Williams of Strutt & Parker’s retail agency team said: ‘Research shows that Milton Keynes, amongst other regional shopping centres, benefits from having the largest proportion of high spending 25 – 44 year olds in the UK and the 2nd highest household income.

‘These facts have driven the strategy behind attracting aspirational retailers to Midsummer Place which in turn, with the centre now fully let, has contributed to the success of the scheme.’

Legal & General was advised by Strutt & Parker.
