Moda Living joins forces with Osborne & Co on Belfast scheme

Build-to-rent (BTR) group Moda Living and investment group Osborne & Co have joined forces to launch a new £1bn life sciences initiative across the UK, with a first collaboration in Belfast.

Moda and Osborne’s new partnership will aim to unlock sites that are suitable for delivering best-in-class, tech enabled neighbourhoods with a focus on highly amenitised, highly serviced masterplans with unparalleled public realm.
