NB Real Estate’s head of consultancy Tim Asson is leaving the company at the end of the year.
Asson, who has been at NB Real Estate for 20 years, plans to take a career break.
He specializes in corporate real estate.
He said: ‘Having had my head down since my early 20s, I’ve decided it’s time for a career break and if you’re going to have some time off the current economic climate is the ideal time to do it.
'I look forward to coming back to something completely different in 2009.’
Chief executive Mike Hatt said: ‘We are all very sorry to see him go but we completely understand and respect his decision.’
