Ebel, who has been working at Harper Dennis Hobbs since 2004, is moving from the role of executive director to take charge of the company in what he described as a “challenging” time for the retail sector. He will work alongside Harper who is stepping down to adopt the new role of chairman where he will continue to play an active role according to the business.
