New head of European transactions for Westcore

Ian Morgan Head of Transactions Westcore Europe

The European division of €1.5bn US investment group Westcore Properties has appointed Ian Morgan as its new head of transactions.

Prior to joining Westcore Europe, Morgan ran his own London-based advisory business, where he focused on acquisitions for real estate equity funds and family offices and has more than 25 years’ experience managing real estate transactions, joint venture partnerships and financial analysis global REITs and private equity firms.
