Manchester-based developer Rolincourt has submitted a planning application for the residential redevelopment of a former dye works.

The company is planning 143 homes at the site in Blackley, North Manchester.

It will include 53 four-bed houses, 54 three-bed houses and 36 two-bed retirement apartments.

The development, off Blackley New Road, will also include a open spaces, a riverside walkway, and improvements to a reservoir used by a local fishing club.

A decision on the planning application is expected in May this year.
